Scott likes to split his work equal parts to strength & conditioning and Personal/Online coaching.

On the S&C side, Scott specialises in youth football and works with the young athletes playing with PG10 Coaching.

On the Personal / Online coaching side, Scott works with a variety of people. He focuses on a flexible approach to dieting and blending health and fitness into your lifestyle.

-Hey, I’m Scott

As per the above spiel, I’m a Cardiff based fitness professional.

I like to brand myself as a fitness professional or coach as much as possible.

There are far too many ‘Personal Trainers’ out there that seem to make a living off making people throw up post-workout.

Of course, there is a time and place for training hard and pushing yourself but ultimately results in fitness and health are the result of all the parts coming together.

So I prioritise the process: eating well, living active, training smart, progressing over time.

Notice I said training smart and not hard. That’s not to say training should be easy. There is a balance to be found.

You have to work hard, that is a given. But if you find yourself dreading each session, how long will you realistically keep it up?


any ways, a little more about me…

I like to pick things up and put them back down (preferably heavy), run fast (occasionally up hills) & eat well (pizza is healthy right?)

When I’m not training you’ll probably find me writing articles, kicking a football, drinking coffee, exploring another country or eating pizza.
